MARJORIE BARD STALKED BY MATT KANE ON CRAIGSLIST!
Matthew (Berdyck) Kane has written an AD on Craigslist seeking private information about my life and work with DV victims and the homeless. He has already bragged on the web about contacting my local authorities naming me as his stalker, and questioning neighbors about me. His obsession has progressed to Craigslist, where his ad asks for all information about "a women he read about in (my town) who runs a 'homeless community' in Baltimore." He wants people to tell him where my "homeless community" is in Baltimore. After 6 months of his bullying and stalking me on the web, he knows I do not live there and do not have a "homeless community" anywhere in MD. So, he is hoping the ad produces someone with smutty lies which he can use against me in more libelous blogs. He wasn't satisfied to use what I have written about in my LinkedIn Profile, so he found the tiny eco-village I established a few years ago for the stable undetectable homeless in another state -- and set out to destroy it. He threatened the life of the donor landowner who was so frightened of Matt that he made everyone leave. The people have dispersed and I don't know where they are except for their return to life "on the road" living in their vehicles.
Matt's life story is one of lying, bullying, stalking, and threatening lives since he wants to be a famous filmmaker, and he isn't. As his newest victim (others go back for years), I have been subjected to libelous blogs and vulgar names, all known by a Glendale, CA family law firm which tried to stop ME from stalking MATT. When they found out about his history of criminal activities which have all involved threats and violence against others, they dropped him. However, Matt says they are his "best friends" and will find a criminal lawyer for him...unless I follow his instructions: "slit your throat right away, please!" (All of his blogs have been screen-capped. There is no way the blogs are not his words; they have his name and photo on them.)
The latest news from Matt is that he has filed a stalking charge against me in the Los Angeles Police Dept. He is a master liar and good storyteller, but they are all inconsistent lies; he can't remember what he claimed before. He has tried to sue other victims before and is very angry that no one believes him...and for good reason! HE is the stalker!
WHAT DOES ONE DO WITH A LIFETIME BULLY AND STALKER WHO AGGRESSIVELY EXPANDS LIFE THREATS WHICH ALTER LIVES AND CAREERS? HE NEEDS VICTIMS; HE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT TORTURING SOMEONE, AND IN THIS CASE, IT'S MANY VICTIMS, NO MATTER HOW IMPORTANT. HE PORTRAYS HIMSELF AS MENTALLY ILL, LEGALLY DISABLED, AND HOMELESS, BUT BRAGS ABOUT TRAVELING ALL OVER THE COUNTRY WHILE COLLECTING SSD FOR "UNUSABLE" HANDS...WHICH CARRY HEAVY BAGS AND EQUIPMENT FOR MILES OF LUGGING-AND-HIKING. FOR SOMEONE WHO SAYS HE IS SO DISABLED THAT HE CAN'T WORK, HIS LIFESTYLE BELIES THAT FACT. IT IS INTERESTING THAT HE USUALLY CHOOSES VICTIMS WHO ARE THE VULNERABLE YOUNG, DISABLED, AND ELDERLY. HE THREATENS THE LIVES OF BIG MEN, BUT WON'T BLOG ABOUT THEM. FEAR OF PHYSICAL RETALIATION? THAT IS WHAT HE IS: A COWARD WHO PREYS ON WOMEN, TOO DISABLED OR OLD TO DO ANYTHING BUT TRY TO RESPOND TO SAVE THEIR REPUTATIONS.
Since Matt is unrelenting in his quest to destroy my life and career, I have taken a new path to thwart this bully and others like him: I am an author and am already almost half-way through a book about a bully-stalker's life: a biography of a man who enjoys the most cruel of cybercrimes. It does not remain true to Matt's life -- but is based primarily on similar background material. It won't be his life, but enough so one can follow the tracks of the whys of becoming such a threat to society. I focus on how he finds the exact information for his blogs of malevolence. I hope to make a documentary from the book. It should be of educational value for use in schools to reveal how bullies and stalkers begin and escalate the way they work their trade. If I have to go to court because of Matt's filing against me, I will use the court trial as an example of how this kind of trial is held.
So far, no book has slowed the trend in bullying, stalking, and personal terrorism. I hope to make a difference by focusing on one man's life of a particularly cruel and illegal activity which deliberately creates victims and too often prods the vulnerable to give up on life and commit suicide..
