MARJORIE BARD STALKED BY MATT KANE ON CRAIGSLIST!
Matthew (Berdyck) Kane has written an AD on Craigslist seeking private information about my life and work with DV victims and the homeless. He has already bragged on the web about contacting my local authorities naming me as his stalker, and questioning neighbors about me. His obsession has progressed to Craigslist, where his ad asks for all information about "a women he read about in (my town) who runs a 'homeless community' in Baltimore." He wants people to tell him where my "homeless community" is in Baltimore. After 6 months of his bullying and stalking me on the web, he knows I do not live there and do not have a "homeless community" anywhere in MD. So, he is hoping the ad produces someone with smutty lies which he can use against me in more libelous blogs. He wasn't satisfied to use what I have written about in my LinkedIn Profile, so he found the tiny eco-village I established a few years ago for the stable undetectable homeless in another state -- and set out to destroy it. He threatened the life of the donor landowner who was so frightened of Matt that he made everyone leave. The people have dispersed and I don't know where they are except for their return to life "on the road" living in their vehicles.
Matt's life story is one of lying, bullying, stalking, and threatening lives since he wants to be a famous filmmaker, and he isn't. As his newest victim (others go back for years), I have been subjected to libelous blogs and vulgar names, all known by a Glendale, CA family law firm which tried to stop ME from stalking MATT. When they found out about his history of criminal activities which have all involved threats and violence against others, they dropped him. However, Matt says they are his "best friends" and will find a criminal lawyer for him...unless I follow his instructions: "slit your throat right away, please!" (All of his blogs have been screen-capped. There is no way the blogs are not his words; they have his name and photo on them.)
The latest news from Matt is that he has filed a stalking charge against me in the Los Angeles Police Dept. He is a master liar and good storyteller, but they are all inconsistent lies; he can't remember what he claimed before. He has tried to sue other victims before and is very angry that no one believes him...and for good reason! HE is the stalker!
WHAT DOES ONE DO WITH A LIFETIME BULLY AND STALKER WHO AGGRESSIVELY EXPANDS LIFE THREATS WHICH ALTER LIVES AND CAREERS? HE NEEDS VICTIMS; HE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT TORTURING SOMEONE, AND IN THIS CASE, IT'S MANY VICTIMS, NO MATTER HOW IMPORTANT. HE PORTRAYS HIMSELF AS MENTALLY ILL, LEGALLY DISABLED, AND HOMELESS, BUT BRAGS ABOUT TRAVELING ALL OVER THE COUNTRY WHILE COLLECTING SSD FOR "UNUSABLE" HANDS...WHICH CARRY HEAVY BAGS AND EQUIPMENT FOR MILES OF LUGGING-AND-HIKING. FOR SOMEONE WHO SAYS HE IS SO DISABLED THAT HE CAN'T WORK, HIS LIFESTYLE BELIES THAT FACT. IT IS INTERESTING THAT HE USUALLY CHOOSES VICTIMS WHO ARE THE VULNERABLE YOUNG, DISABLED, AND ELDERLY. HE THREATENS THE LIVES OF BIG MEN, BUT WON'T BLOG ABOUT THEM. FEAR OF PHYSICAL RETALIATION? THAT IS WHAT HE IS: A COWARD WHO PREYS ON WOMEN, TOO DISABLED OR OLD TO DO ANYTHING BUT TRY TO RESPOND TO SAVE THEIR REPUTATIONS.
Since Matt is unrelenting in his quest to destroy my life and career, I have taken a new path to thwart this bully and others like him: I am an author and am already almost half-way through a book about a bully-stalker's life: a biography of a man who enjoys the most cruel of cybercrimes. It does not remain true to Matt's life -- but is based primarily on similar background material. It won't be his life, but enough so one can follow the tracks of the whys of becoming such a threat to society. I focus on how he finds the exact information for his blogs of malevolence. I hope to make a documentary from the book. It should be of educational value for use in schools to reveal how bullies and stalkers begin and escalate the way they work their trade. If I have to go to court because of Matt's filing against me, I will use the court trial as an example of how this kind of trial is held.
So far, no book has slowed the trend in bullying, stalking, and personal terrorism. I hope to make a difference by focusing on one man's life of a particularly cruel and illegal activity which deliberately creates victims and too often prods the vulnerable to give up on life and commit suicide..
It is November 24, 2013, and I have been strolling through as many of the blogs and comments I can find by Matthew Alan Berdyck, aka Matt Kane and many fake names, since 2010.(He has only known me from LinkedIn since May, 2013,) Matt has been known to maliciously bully, lie, and relentlessly stalk too many people on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other sites. He libels; he is a felon. None of his lies can be verified as true, for they are immature attempts to make good people look "bad." I can't find one instance in which he tells the truth.
ReplyDeleteMatt self-identifies as mentally ill, but he has refused to take the meds prescribed by the OH court system and the mental health facility to which he was remanded...and apparently didn't show up or left. He also has several stories about his supposed disability, which I have read as 1) the police in OH "beat me half to death," 2) "the police broke my spine," 3) the police "fractured my neck," 4) he was taking drugs and had an accident, and 5) "the police are known for killing prisoners in ?Summit? Co, OH.." In 2013, Matt has settled for saying he has such bad fibromyalgia that he can't work since his hands go numb. It is interesting that he has been collecting SSD for many years due to one or more reasons for being disabled -- but can hike for miles carrying heavy loads of bags and equipment. If his hands are so crippled by a disease, why can he so easily do what other victims of fibromyalgia cannot? SSD should be asking Matt about this miracle "cure." He doesn't need gov't money; he is a reason why those who oppose government Healthcare/Medicaid have a good argument.for "gov't waste."
Matt insists he is a nationally-known filmmaker. He isn't. He made 3 questionable YouTubes and they haven't sold. Now he says he is working with an Emmy award winning writer in Hollywood and is being paid for his first real job in his life. Matt should be giving the money to the people he has libeled. Two men say their reputations have been so badly damaged by Matt's lies that they aren't being considered for jobs. He has destroyed my own tiny eco-village for stable homeless people, bragging on the web about threatening the life of the donor farmland owner. He is despicable. To add to the threats, he excels in vulgarity in his malicious libel. Why do Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn allow Matt to retain his membership and continue to lie/libel/use obscenity?
Matt put an ad in Craigslist to seek any information which would smear my spotless reputation...and that of my nonprofit org -- which he insists DOESN'T EXIST. He inconsistently says I DON'T EXIST, but for 7 months he has been "talking" to me on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. His use of smutty language and hate comments don't mean anything to the founders, so their Content Policies mean nothing.
Matt has just put up a blog saying I bully and stalk him because I love him, am obsessed by him, and need him in my life. Really? He's NOT anyone needed in anyone's life except lonely or foolish women who need attention -- by anyone. He says I am being monitored by the DOD, CIA, and NSA for being a "domestic terrorist." Only a fool would believe such lies, but his adoring female fans do. Sad.
Matt's latest? He has commented that he is offering $100 to anyone who will punch [X] in the face, for he doesn't like his comment on a web thread. Matt says he will pay through PayPal! Is publicly hiring a hitman legal?

ReplyDeleteMatt Berdyck Kane Smith: Enough lies about me. The only lies worse than the ones about me are the lies you tell about yourself. So many victims over the years and yet you don't get the message that no one believes anything you say now.
ReplyDeleteYou have a chance, finally, to lead a decent life without lies, and you just create more false information about your victims and yourself. And stop saying your victims are "hurting your family." You don't have one! Your parents want nothing to do with you and your lies, and you don't have any children who are connected to your life. Your daughter has never heard of you and you were banned from ever seeing your son since he was very little. You are alone because of the way you have led your life: hurting innocent people with every lie you tell. Why are you submarining yourself by continuing to lie, threaten, warn, and email vulgar language to anyone whom you don't like --almost always just a comment on the web which you don't agree with? Even 8-year-olds know better than to be such a bully, stalker, and liar. Get a life of your own and enjoy something other than spewing lies about people who do have a life to be proud of.
If you are proud of being such a bully, stalker, and liar, then you need counseling/therapy to end your unhealthy behavior. Continuing to lead a life of lies can't end happily. It's time to grow up and be a man. Those were the last words your father said to you in his newspaper article when your uncle died.
It is now May, 2015 and Matt has used Craigslist again, this time to put an ad in the Personal columns for people to contact me for sexual purposes. If that isn't despicable, I don't know what is....

ReplyDeleteWARNING: Matthew Berdyck is an extremely dangerous Internet predator with a lengthy criminal record including violent crimes. He currently has active arrest warrants in the state of Ohio. Matthew is extraordinarily mentally ill. He allegedly suffers from severe narcissistic personality disorder and uses the Internet to wreak havoc in order to replenish his narcissistic supply. He is homeless and collects disability income. His full-time job appears to be unleashing as much devastation and pain to as many people as possible using the Internet.
ReplyDeleteHe has committed many cybercrimes spanning the last decade which include: stalking, harassment, extortion, criminal intimidation, false copyright complaints, death threats, threats of violence, threats to commit acts of terrorism, and has even referred to himself as a "potential mass shooter" who may "snap". There have been hundreds and hundreds of documented victims of Matthew's cyberstalking and harassment dating back to 2012. Because Matthew is a homeless drifter, it is nearly impossible for law enforcement to track him down and hold him accountable for his crimes.
If you encounter Matthew Berdyck DO NOT ENGAGE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. He is an extremely dangerous mentally ill Internet predator that will stop at nothing to inflict as much pain and suffering to your real-world life as possible. This message serves as a public notice to help prevent further people from being victimized by this evil man.
